Leading GROUPE SEMEGA, Mr. Oumar Abdoulaye Diane Semega has shaped an economic vision rooted in disciplined field execution and the integration of strategic African value chains.
Starting in 2014 in Mali, he founded and expanded CHALLENGE CORPORATES, establishing it as a primary operational partner for major West African mining sites across earthmoving, stripping, extraction, ore hauling and heavy maintenance. Under his leadership, operations broadened into Côte d’Ivoire and Guinea, supported by strategic long-term alliances for fleet and equipment readiness.
Simultaneously, he spearheaded the group’s expansion into vital sectors underpinning regional economic resilience: downstream petroleum and corridor logistics with DIANE OIL, integrated agro-industry (poultry, aquaculture, animal feed) with DIANE AGRO, and geological research and exploration with RICHLAND MINERALS.
His governance philosophy prioritises uncompromised HSE standards, local talent empowerment and strict honouring of commitments toward industrial partners, institutions and host communities.
